We know you have many choices when choosing a Dentist in Tulsa, OK so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.

Insurance and Billing
If you have insurance we will help you determine the coverage you have available. We will fill out and file your insurance forms at no charge to you. We ask that at the time of the dental appointment you pay your estimated portion of the dental treatment. If you decide to pay for your complete treatment, or to finance your treatment, we will have the insurance company directly reimburse you for the total amount of treatment. Please remember, professional care is provided to you our patient- not your insurance company. Thus the insurance company is responsible to you, and you are responsible to the doctor. We will help in every way we can to maximize your insurance benefits and by handling insurance questions you have. However, all dental plans are different and the quality of your coverage is based on employer/sponsor's contribution to your dental insurance.
